Providing insurance claims assistance for over 20 years
DPG Loss Assessors have been assisting the general public and businesses with insurance claims for more than 20 years. We are members of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors and we are authorised by the Financial Services Authority.
We will be with you every step of the way
When you need to make a claim on your insurance policy we will be with you every step of the way, enabling you to carry on with your own life and business in the knowledge that your claim is in the hands of a caring professional. We spend many hours in meetings and discussions with our clients and the representatives of the insurance company, ultimately presenting and negotiating a more than satisfactory settlement.
No settlement - no fee
With regard to fees, they are based on genuine no settlement - no fee terms, with the amount being an agreed percentage of the eventual claim settlement. Other than some claims where substantial interim payments are received, our invoice only becomes due after the claim is finalised to your entire satisfaction. We are always the last to be paid.
